*Tickets are Non-Refundable. However they are transferable. In the event of an event postponing and/or rescheduled the purchased admission ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. However if the event is completely canceled the ticket(s) is refundable. Subject to processing fees and management reserves rights.

Autographs may be priced at different rates depending on the guest and items being signed.

**NOTE** An autograph Session being "SOLD OUT" Online does not mean the guest is completely sold out. Most guests will also have time for "IN-PERSON" autographs toward the end of each session. This online "Sessions" system is a gauge to prevent overselling of autograph meet and greets.

** Fanboy Expo ATG reserves the right to cancel/ deny any vendor. Your purchase is not a guarantee of space. Please take time to read and understand the booth requirements and restrictions. Once reviewed, if your description of items sold does not meet the requirements, you will likely be denied and your purchase refunded. If you left your exhibitor profile vague, we will be in touch to get more information before accepting the application. We will generally reject vendors of anything not directly related to comics or pop culture. We do not accept vendors of MLM companies. We also do not allow games of chance or vacation company sales. If your application is denied then you WILL be refunded for the purchase. **

***If you do NOT recieve a denial letter and a refund then you ARE approved as a vendor. Accepteance letters are not emailed, only denial letters.***

**VENDOR SALES** Vendor booths and artist alley spaces may be refundable up until 45 days of the event. Request for consideration can be sent to joanna@fanboyexpo.com. If approved, there will be a non negotiable 25% restocking fee. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS APPROVED WITHIN 45 DAYS OF THE EVENT. Fanboy Expo does not offer "carryover" booths/spaces for upcoming events.
